I’m happy to announce that I have created a new podcast, Everyday Life Coach.  I thought it would be interesting to have a weekly podcast that talks about different topics that help people with their overall wellness.  The podcasts are given in “snackable” bytes.  Many times I listen to podcasts and they’re so long that I have to take notes and try to remember where in the podcast they said something. Nobody has time for that!  I’m going to give you some great nuggets that you can do in your everyday life in less than 10 minutes.
