I know the name of my company is Digital Wellness so isn’t an oxymoron to say one of my services is Digital Detox?
No. My mission is to help people find balance and harmony in our digital world and in some cases that means putting down the device. Technology is a wonderful thing, but like anything else when you abuse it, your physical and mental wellbeing starts to suffer. The implications of being on your phone or devices too much can be increased stress, anxiety, trouble sleeping, and lack of concentration.

Chances are, you answered “yes” to some of those questions. But there’s a good chance you also answered “yes” to all of those questions — and you wouldn’t be alone. Let me help you reprogram, curb your habits and regain control of your time..
My digital detox program will provide you energy, time to reconnect with your family & friends, a good night sleep, and higher productivity. The bottom-line is that at the end of the day, you want to feel that you spent your time and energy on the things that mattered; that there was meaning, purpose, and a sense of peace to your day, and that you were entirely yourself.
You will receive 30 days of challenges (nothing that would interfere with work) for your digital detox customized to meet your needs. I will also provide a daily journal where you’ll be asked a set of questions each day to see how you’re feeling and doing. Both of which we would discuss on a weekly call together.
I promise you that after the 30 days your life will have changed. It’s all about getting back in charge of your life. You’ll learn to have digital in your everyday life but not 24/7.
